Last week two of your employees, Mike and Ben, came to our home to install an exterior entrance way into our basement. I wanted to let you know how professional and courteous both of these gentlemen were during the entire time they were here. My 8 year old son was so intrigued by what they were doing; he never left our backyard until the job was done. Both Mike and Ben included my son in the conversations and also made sure he was safely away from the work area.
By all means the job these two gentlemen performed does not look easy, however, they both made the work look flawless and handled the rocky soil at my home with no trouble at all. I manage a group of Consultants across Pennsylvania and my biggest concern is the happiness of the customer and how my staff performs in front of those customers. Both Mike and Ben met all of my expectations and we definitely appreciate all of their efforts.

I received my door via Overnight Express freight on June 30th. I am very impressed with the workmanship. I began the install on the following Saturday. I removed the old door, preformed some concrete filling and patching, let it set overnight. The following morning, I measured and drilled, cut, chiseled relief for the hinges and dropped the door into place. I had to lift the door once to refine the reliefs, and then dropped it into place permanently. The finished product looks great and is a quantum improvement over the wood entry I would have had to replace it with (for the third time in 18 years.) I took a before, during, and after picture with my camera. If the pics turn out alright, I’ll send them to you. If you can use them to describe the install to other potential buyers, please do so. Personally, I think the cost was worth the product and the final end state.
